It makes a perfect day trip from Funchal and should definitely be on your list of top 10 things to do in Madeira.
It's famous for having a sandy beach and is arguably the best beach in Madeira.
Machico's beach had good facilities for swimming and sunbathing, and airbnb in Machico is easy to find.

Thank you LL, I've learned to slow down when filming I must admit. I was looking back at some old footage from a couple of years ago and I'm veritably racing through the streets! How are you chum, all's well I hope?

@@TheLaughingLion Ha ha, well I don't know about you but I think the walk always looks faster on screen than it actually was? Good to hear from you chum. By the way if you ever feel like doing a little colab' with us (maybe a London or Madeira footage exchange with a Miami one?) then do be in touch, we have done that once with Zen walks and it was very successful. No prob's either way though.

My dearest Y&M! Here I am finally to you! I don't have much time to spend at YT in this period, unfortunately. Too many things to fix and some health problems. I can't wait for this year to go away and be able to turn the page and forget this 2021! I wanted to relax for a moment and what better thing than to enjoy a little trip with you? A walk to discover this beautiful island that I will surely want to visit and that never fails to surprise me with its beauty. My dearest friends. I hope everything is ok for you!
