Nikolaj Ehlers on Nathan MacKinnon: “Maybe the best in the league this year.” Dylan DeMelo on Nathan MacKinnon’s speed: “It doesn't look like he's going. That one at the end of the third period… I thought I had him but he flew right by me and I said, ‘He can absolutely fly.’” Nathan MacKinnon: “We got to tighten it up a bit defensively.” Cale Makar: “We’re a family in here and we all got to support each other.” Mikko Rantanen: “We know they're going to be better too, so we can't be too happy with what we did last.

Regarding the Jets ,The output last night in game 2 wasn't enough if this is the blueprint going forward it'll be a short playoff run. Cycling the puck for half the PP looking for an open lane will never work. Make your success don't wait for it to present itself to you. Open a lane up yourself with movement well timed shots. Greasy is the only goals you'll get in this series. Don't try to out finesse the AVS.

It's so obvious what McKinnon really thinks,& would say if given truth serum but obviously knows he can't say. He could barely come up with solutions other than the unspoken for obvious reasons-#40 elephant in the room.

@JasonSmith-pe5py I guess he redeemed himself in game 2 huh. Stick with Goergie he had the most wins regular season. Coach B is sticking with him.
