I wish they could do this with all 32 teams. As a Lightning fan it was so satisfying to see the Magician and others give Vasy credit, and as a division rival I look forward to playing Toronto after they broke the playoff curse.

Knies has only played three away arenas and two of them are in Florida. His next two away games (as of October 19, 2023) are also in Florida, so after 15 nhl games he’s only played in 4 different arenas. Gotta be some kinda of record Outdated now obviously

People can diss Sidney Crosby all they want, but after watching this awesome series of videos (many teams now) you can see how much the players look up to him and respect him. "He's my idol" or "my favourite player growing up." Or "I cannot wait to play the Pens, so I can see him play." Unless McDavid goes on a Stanley Cup spree [not in Edmonton], I wouldn't be surprised if hockey historians will name #87 the best NHL player of the 21st century. Even what Crosby is doing at 36 years old is insane. All this from a struggling Canuck fan, who is so angry at Pittsburgh's luck in 2004 and 2005.

Canadian players name a Canadian player as their favorite. The one that Canadian media has been hyping up since before he even played his first NHL game. True shocker there. Crosby is nowhere near the best player any of any time period. He's not even the best or second best player in Pittsburgh Penguins history. Winning Stanley Cups just means you got to play for the best team, just like the 20+ other guys who contributed. People just treat Penguins cup wins and Olympic golds as Crosby's achievements, because that fits the narrative better than realizing that it was the team that won, and in all three cup wins and both Olympic golds, there were dudes in the team that contributed to the win more than Crosby did.

I've noticed a trend rhe last few years where rookies & prospects are asked who their hockey idol was growing up and easily 90% of them answered, "Crosby". He's a generational player. Even in his mid to late 30s he's crucial on the ice and can be a game changer.

Agree with the Ducks’ orange and black with the duckfoot D jerseys. They need to make the anniversary jerseys the regular and if they won’t go back to THE best logo (The Mighty Ducks original) they should at least stick with the new one with Wild Wing.

To be fair they got the royal blue and white and the black and blue color scheme. With the caps I believe it's just red for all the jerseys

@@AC-ri2ph Caps use red white and blue. I think the leafs and the wings are the only 2 teams in the league who only use 1 colour on top of white or black. Tampa's modern colour scheme is just blue and white like toronto, but I dont count them because they basically threw a watered down version of their original logo on a leafs jersey.
