Jim always delivers a well informed up to date review of the financial world, including extremely complex geopolitics and US political implications. Not easy. For those who want to get an overview, as opposed to a rant and rave on Gold, Oil, Crypto, "US dollars dying", etc just listen to Jim Bianco. Very informative from someone who admits he doesn't have all the answers or predictions. Just facts!

Her good reputation already speaks for her .I’m also one of the beneficiary of Natalie Strayer. So happy I gave it a trial after being skeptic of the process.

Investing is not just about making money; it's about aligning your investments with your values and making a positive impact on the world. Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.

Everyone moans about the craziness of the MAG 7 but that's why you buy the S&P 500, because no one can predict which companies will skyrocket.

If the CIA and FBI can be activated to influence an election I don’t think it’s unreasonable to assume that the Fed can be as well.

The problem with early polls is that Independent voters aren't interested in this. So a third of the voters just hang up, until after the Primaries at least. Most Independents won't vote for Trump after January 6, so this will change the result.

According to the Bank of Canada 76% of all "mortgages in existence " (in canada) will be up for renewal by the end of 2026 "We expect increases in payments to raise defaults or delinquencies on residential mortgage loans," said OSFI.

"Still worse are the 15% of mortgages with variable interest rates and fixed payments. The principal balance of some of these loans is rising because interest rates have risen too quickly and the regular payments are no longer fully paying the interest expense. These loans suffer negative amortization. In the end, the regulator said, these debtors will have to pay much more each month or make one large payment."

I think the costs of home ownership will increase substantially due to the structural corrections and more will opt for the alternatives including renting.

Interesting perspective that a Liz Truss moment would get the government cash haemorrhaging to stop… Hopefully we can lock in those yields!

I used the weird bump in price of stocks to unload and put the money into T bills and property, feel so relieved to be out, no more 2022’s for me and there is a doozy of a sell off coming.

Times like 2022 shouldve been seen as a great oportunity to buy, not to be worried. My objective is 80% sp, 20% money market. When it drops i unload the 20% into it, and then i proced to build the 20% money market again. The only thing i dont conceed is that my sp etf pays dividends instead of acumulating

Liz Truss moment will happen but will not force the government to stop spending, because as soon as yields blow up then government will force the FED to start buying the bonds and drive the yields down again. ANybody disagree?

Bianco has been braying about 5.5% interest rates for months. If the 10-year hits 3.5% before 5.5%, he will be exactly wrong and should stfu and go away.

Inflation is understated imho. I’ve never talked to so many people who are having a tough time paying for life, ever. The majority of folks would agree inflation is well north of 5%. Closer to 10%. Purchasing power has eroded big time since the covid era. Getting worse before better. Future looks grim 🫤
