Now just need to ability to set schedules for Always On Display. Would be nice to have the screen turn completely off, for example at night when going to bed.

You can hide sensitive data in widgets if the developer has marked the data as sensitive. You can find the setting under Face ID.

If you dont want people at work to See your wallpaper/Messages use a Focus Mode.

Since the very first version I see my widgets always empty and they start showing info once I unlock it with FaceID. You have to deactivate it on preferences, FaceID and Code and then allow access when locked, disable widgets and it's done!

I wish that the hide notification settings will show the notification icons instead like on android so you know which apps you receive notifications from.

What would be a great update is for Apple to bring back the option to set a time until lock. The only option now is to lock immediately and it's so annoying to always have to unlock your phone if you've just looked away for 10+ secs.

Those Always On Display settings should be under Focus Mode. Actually, you can already have different wallpaper and notification settings as part of Focus Mode anyway.

Thanks for the updates. Apple Watch owners already have, IMO, the best way to manage the always on display. If you're wearing your Apple Watch and walk away from your iPhone, the always on display automatically turns off. Brilliant!

I found out if you have it on battery saver the screen will turn pitch black.

By now I hardly use my Ipad Pro M1 12.9'' anymore. I use only and exclusively the MBP M1 13'' (work and leisure); going back I wouldn't buy the iPad again. Instead , I was surprised by the new 128 GB Apple TV 4K that I have at home :) I use homepod as an external speaker for apple tv and it is very comfortable

OMG silent Siri responses is huge. This is a major reason why I don't use voice assistants. Them talking back is just too disruptive.

Drag and drop worked better with my first Mac I o s 3. iPhone hold to wiggle apps to move them is stupid. Everything went down hill in I o s 7. And it never revolved . I o s 16.2 is still going to be crap to me.

I really wish there was a setting that made the AOD work as its name says (i.e. it remains on all the time). Rather than deciding after a period of time to make the display go blank. Why the hell do I want the display to go blank after a period of time if I have enabled AOD 🙄 Apple makes the reason/excuse amongst other things of "If you haven't used your iPhone for a while". Also in my experience, when AOD makes the screen go blank, it does not learn from my use patterns and does not turn the screen on or off accordingly. In my experience it just makes it go blank, and it remains like that until I touch the screen.
