"I wanna be a Mad Hippie!!!!" I JUST started using Mad Hippie products (about 10 days ago). How this all started: I was visiting Ulta Beauty a few weeks ago bc I wanted to see the different cosmetic lines they have for me---I am a 58 year old woman with pretty decent skin but have infuriatingly large pores on my upper lip which I consider positively hideous., also fine lines/crow's feet & marionette laugh lines around my mouth. Those aren't crazy serious yet but I can see that I am hurtling toward old age. I also had my 40th high school reunion coming up too and wanted to look great, so I was particularly stressed over the upper lip situation. Silly I know but when wearing makeup you can't be heavy-handed at this stage of the game or you'll just end up looking OLDER when it all settles into the lines. Makeup can look like SPACKLE versus a beautifully made-up face. SO ANYWAY, I started chatting with one of the salespersons when a white-lab coated young lady walked by and we snagged her to answer questions re: Perricone, Peter T Roth, Strivectin, Murad, etc. She was extremely knowledgeable about ALL the skin care lines (it turns out she was the Clinique rep), but when I finally asked her "If I had to walk out of here with ONLY ONE ITEM, which would you recommend hands down?", she replied the absolute BEST thing I or anyone young or old could get would be a Vitamin C serum. I was pretty surprised by that; I thought she would be pushing a truckload of Clinique at me!! She advised me to go online and research different serums (the ones I found ranged in price from $12 to $150, gasp), but most all the "Best of" lists included Mad Hippie, which to me seemed very reasonably priced (approx. $30), so I went to my neighborhood Whole Foods and picked a bottle up. As I mentioned, I have been using it for about 10 days, but I gotta tell you I COULD SEE A *VISIBLE* DIFFERENCE IN JUST 24 HOURS, especially with my marionette lines---they were plumped and MUCH less pronounced!!!!! In ONE DAY!!! Ten days later and I am now seeing a REMARKABLE REDUCTION IN MY UPPER LIP PORE SIZE (see? I'm so excited I'm shouting about it)! WHAT A DIFFERENCE. So much so that this morning I was literally at Whole Foods when they unlocked the doors to open up----and I BOUGHT THE ENTIRE PRODUCT LINE!!!! I have used ALL the other skin care lines throughout the course of my life (Estee Lauder, Clinique, Lancome, from department store to drugstore brands, etc.) and I can truthfully say that Mad Hippie is the ONLY product line I have ever used that has made a difference. I can kick myself for all the money I've spent, thousands upon thousands of dollars, when I could have been using this line all along. I'm SERIOUS, this stuff is the effing BOMB. I just wanted to give you a shout-out and let ALL your subscribers know that they should give Mad Hippie a try---they'll be as THRILLED as I am!!! Best video I’ve ever seen on mad hippie products! I love these products so much. I took a break (not because I wanted to, but due to financial reasons) from using mad hippie for 6 months and my skin looked absolutely horrible without it. I recently started using it again and my skin has improved immensely I just one month! I will never go without it again.

This is a terrific review! I have used Mad Hippie for about 6 months and have noticed a huge difference. I’m 64 and nothing I have used before seemed to matter. So much clearer and brighter now and my pours are smaller. Especially love the exfoliating serum and facial oil. Can’t wait to try the cleansing oil. Thank you for this thorough review! The price point is pretty good too.

Your skin looks great. I am 60 and I haven't had fillers or botox and do not use Retin A. I don't have any wrinkles but do use skincare and spf daily since I turned 50. I didn't wear makeup until I turned 50. Will be checking out the line. Take care.

I read that you had no foundation on.,,I could not tell because your skin is flawless, and I could only hope it would work for me. I did use the face cream a couple years ago and I did love it. I have wanted to order it again, and just kept using the products I already had. Now I wish I would have kept it in my arsenal. I am right now looking for a vit c that will show me signs of it working. I’ve used Timeless for several years as well and while I have nothing bad to say about their line, I find that I’m getting much better results from The Ordinary. Of course, now I want to try Mad Hippie. I did try some of their products years ago but I don’t remember much about them. I doubt I gave them a fair chance. I must admit that I used to jump around a lot between products. I was in a period where I wanted to try things but didn’t stick with anything long enough to see results. I look forward to hearing more about how the products as you continue to use them!

I've been interested in the Mad Hippie line, and a couple weeks ago I purchased from Amazon the Mad Hippie vit C. Like you, I was concerned because I had heard over and over, if vitamin C turns yellow it is bad!! I've been watching it closely and it hasn't changed! Now I know for sure it is ok!! Try holding a flash light straight up the bottom of the white pump bottles. That works for me with most of my white pump bottles to see how much is left!! You must have been one very good girl to get all those flowers! Pretty!! Have a wonderful day!

Thank you for the review! I am 37 and have not taken my skin care very seriously until now. I've been fortunate, but I want to start taking better care of myself. I got the Mad Hippie Vitamin A serum and the SPF, and will add more little by little. Based on your review I think I will add the cleanser and the facial oil next. I've been happy with what I do have.
