@@MadAboutSkin Rob, is the Face Theory Okuwake Pro still the best you’d suggest for the white bumps around the eye? I remember you mentioning that and while I loved the Okuwake I never had the white bumps so couldn’t relate. Now, I got one little one around the eyelash area of left eye. I’m currently using the retinal BoJ mentioned earlier. You suggest go back to the Okuwake? Or anything else? Hope you get this and thanks so much

Agree 100% this is SUCH a good channel, especially for us that are learning this skincare journey. I’ve learned 99% of what I know from Rob. Years of bodybuilding, thus countless hours in tanning beds and sun with no sunscreen were starting to catch up mid 30s. However, 2.5 years of Tretinoin and following this channel’s advice, I get asked all the time what I’ve done and that I have taken years off my look. Of course, starting SPF was a must, along with stopping the tanning helps. AND if you’re like me and HATE the thickness of sunscreen, try the Mad About Skin and you’ll never dread putting it on again. My thoughts is that if that worked for me, one that couldn’t have done more damage to my skin and super charging the aging process, it’ll work for anyone. Thanks

I have a question related to retinal & other products - I use A-Game 10 every evening & a BHA exfoliant in the morning with C/aPad. About once a week, I use an AHA, but I'm wondering if that is necessary, if it adds any benefit beyond the retinal. Is that something I could drop from my routine or is it doing something useful?
@MadAboutSkin
@MadAboutSkin 4 ай бұрын
Hi hun, great question.. in theory you dont need the AHA as the retinal will be helping to increase the cell turnover but I would keep the BHA as that will be helping with skin congestion and in my experience does more for that than retinoids.. love x
