In this video I will show you how to build a swaddle baby blanket. It's easy to do and does not require advance skills. This cute swaddle blanket is the perfect gift for any newborn! Made of soft linen fabric and cotton, smooth to the touch.
Skill level: beginner
Material suggestions: OEKO-TEX linen, organic cotton, wadding
Time: 2 hours

Made this project with fusible fleece and quilted a big heart in the middle. The heart was super easy if anyone was wondering. You don't even need a quilting foot.

Hello Hina! The measurements for the swaddle blanket (71 cm/71 cm) and the straps (50 cm/ 8 cm). You can also find the measurements in the video (minute 0:33).

Hello Rasak! 😊 Wadding is used as a layer of insulation between fabrics - typically used in quilt making. Essentially what it does is fill the quilts enabling them to keep you warm. Different types of wadding include cotton, polyester, wool, cotton/poly blends. I’ve bought it from the local store. I can suggest you to search it on Etsy, here is a link for natural cotton wadding: www.etsy.com/listing/1337916803/450grms-natural-cotton-wadding-for?click_key=84d783c428964bd6aca6c13ba7b5d1ab7dc4498d%3A1337916803&click_sum=c951cab9&ref=lp_rv-2 You can find all types (wool, polyester, cotton) of wadding on Etsy. I also think that you can find wadding on Amazon as well. 😊
