It is embarrassing that the keep get worse with every new madden they make and they should not have a monopoly over NFL licensed games.

Everyone needs to write the NFL. If they are producing a bad game. The NFL commissioner should hear about it. EA does have a contract that can be canceled. The game is creating a number of dispelling people who are tired of the lack of competition and the same old recycled game when it comes to Madden. Remember EA also destroyed NBA live as they are now doing with Madden.

I COMPLETELY feel you with the "current Gen" stuff. Madden 21 to madden 22 for NON next Gen users is just a roster update. Ive decided to stop buying this game. They just don't care and this year it's so obvious. Im praying another company puts them to shame and they lose EVERYTHING because of their laziness.

That is the cycle that has allowed EA to continue to put out this filth. Every year people buy the game and fully expect it to be better for some reason. If enough people were to actually boycott EA and not buy Madden (like if millions of people were to actually pledge to under no circumstances get the game for a specific year) then we'd actually see some turnover and fixes to be made. But essentially, EA, has gotten away with glorified roster updates for years and then people still buy the latest game and do the whole pay-to-play schemes in MUT. They realize that no matter what level of garbage they put out, people will buy it off the shelves (digital libraries), because of monopoly. It will take celebs, NFL players, KZfaqrs, social media stars, etc to band together and convince the masses not to buy this game. Wish there was a way to start an online petition to help people stay accountable to not actually purchase the game.

I'm not a big Madden player, but I did used to enjoy playing it from time to time. However, as time went on I noticed how much worse each game became. So its gotten to the point where I don't even bother buying the game anymore and I just watch videos to see all the glitches and bugs that continue to plague the game year after year. So I really enjoyed your breakdown of your experience with the game and speaking the truth of how broken and buggy it continues to be.

EA has gotten complacent and lazy, you're absolutely right it's a roster update and a re-skin. I haven't bought Madden since Madden 12. Haven't liked Madden since Madden 08. It's garbage, there's no competition for them to keep building better games and fix all of the bugs. Even with 2k, I've really liked NBA 2K for a long time but the last few haven't been very good. These companies are just complacent and lazy, there's no incentive to come out with a great game because they know people will buy them regardless if the last 10 have been garbage. That really sucks for fans of the sports.

Good job on the videos.. first time in roughly 20 years or more that I haven’t purchased a copy of madden. The last couple of years have been just straight garbage. Its time for people to just quit buying this game in protest, something has to change. The NFL needs to cut EA loose, they have no business making sports games anymore. I fit in a lot of things during each day, so I am not a super gamer - but I still use my Nintendo Wii and have all Madden games from 2007-2013. I play 2009 the most. Between the various Wii hacks and work-arounds I've seen, are there any active Wii Madden online leagues? I would like to join one if there is. Since most people say the older Madden titles are better, I'm not missing much with the newer iterations.

Blitz the League is a really fun one. A hilarious, if not a little... dark take on American Football. A half-decent story, nice gameplay that doesn't suck, disgustingly satisfying injuries, scantily clad cheerleaders, and just all-around excitement. Unlike Madden. Shame there's no recent title of BtL... I want another one. I think that's what it's called.... maybe I'm recalling it wrong?

Madden developers absolutely know their game is not finished, player friendly, and riddled with glitches. The only reason they could be allowing this game to be released is to know of some future offset that would basically give them a reason to constantly produce a product not ready for consumers for the majority of their nfl exclusivity deal. EA developers are the definition of scam artists.

I stopped playing Madden years ago because it was just too frustrating how bad, buggy and unrealistic it is. Looks like the problem is just as bad if not worse. This is what happens when there’s no competition.

One huge thing that I hate is if you hit a button and it go towards a different button the other button won’t look for the ball,it’s so unrealistic

I just downloaded the 1.03 and now I can’t even get pass the start up screen didn’t even make it the loading screen..Can’t somebody help and tell me why?🤦🏾♂️

I’ll be honest, Madden actually entertains me these days, the glitchy gameplay clips have been more entertaining than anything else the game has to offer for years now.

IF IT"S SUCH A BAD GAME, STOP BUYING IT! I haven't bought since Madden 20, and literally all my friends do is complain about how bad the game is and then buy the next version. People, this game will not get better until people decide to just say "f@#k it" and go one year without it...

I feel you. I had to delete the game because somehow no matter what when I throw a pass the defender turns into god mode and intercepts every long pass. Not even realistic, it’s broken

I had this glitch in face of the franchise where my player as an agile wr started running as slow as a 400 lb lineman

That’s what I hate the most when the WR is wide open and EA discredit your IQ by letting defenders cover so much ground in 0.0 seconds. And I hate when sometimes they make LBs just sit on the route and not move a bit then pick off the slant pass smh.

Right or when u playing defense and they let quarterback run and get the first down and then they try to tackle him after he got the first down and sometimes they just sit there 🤦🏾♂️

The biggest joke in madden is the kicking at least in the old days they tried. Onside kick has no options to kick low or high or up the middle.

I can't even encounter these glitches because the game constantly crashes back to the Series X dashboard I'm requesting a refund! God I hope NHL 22 won't be like this mess

I’ve still had the glitch where when I kick I off it hits some invisible wall and bounces back and my team picks it up and we get a penalty for it…

Honest question to anyone. I haven't played Madden in years so I'm not super familiar with the gameplay, graphics, etc...that people keep saying is the same but just updated rosters. Is it worth buying if I haven't played in years?

If you want to play a football game like I do yes buy it. But if you want to buy a game where you have good gameplay, graphics, a story, and is not pay to win don’t buy madden

Even when they hold their madden tournaments for a million dollars, the game is still unplayable. I remember some dude getting totally cheated by the scripting that was going on during their game

Recently I played franchise mode and my entire team was out of position but still played like they were in the position. Example: I’d have a big ole lineman at qb but still have the skill of jameis winston. Or a big ole lineman playing CB with the skill of Jalen Ramsey, and it also displays the wrong name on the player too
