I actually have a Whipple on my 22 F150 and it took 16# (that's a 3.0 pulley on my truck) to make 900whp+ and it's quicker than this Darkhorse in the 1/8th.

I think people forget that whipple is a tuning company now 🤣🤣🤣. Think about it people, if whipple has access to the pcm. That means they are actively tuning the car. And if their is a problem, then you can get them to reviseit and send a better tuen. It can react to changes and adjust accordingly. It is no different from the big turners. However, the stock PCM is extremely adaptive and from the factory. Also they making cars from factory with 850-1000 HP. This is 2024 not 2015, things have improved since then. You can break the car @ 500 hp just like you can @ 1000whp if you like one of the big 3 tune it.

Well in comparison, my 4100lbs Gen 5 Whipple 10R on pump 93 and 3.7 pulley runs 107 in the 1/8 in 4000DA and 88f temps. Car made 700whp on the dyno. Sorry but this car is way way off. At 870whp I ran 117mph in the 1/8.

This hurts to say but it did not look no sound like spunning tires. And i love the coyote engines over everything even the 5.2 voodoos but from what i was shown in this i seen 650-690hp on dyno and everytbing at the track proved those numbers as well. No spinning tho from what i can tell

Whatever dyno told you this BS number is obviously calibrated wrong. To make that power number, you NEED bigger injectors, more octane, and tuning.

Don't believe this Dark Horse actually made 958 rwhp based on what others are making on the dyno with the Dark Horse S650...LOL. The real, true test of horsepower/torque is at the drag strip and you're not running "958 rwhp" numbers, simply put... And dyno numbers can be manipulated as well. This why I only use it as a tool to measure whether mods are actually adding hp/tq... Dyno numbers aren't the end all, be all...

Ive never seen more excuses for running what cars with 650 hp run. You cant just make up a horsepower number and then run what cars with 300less horsepower run.
