the little waveform icon at the top right of the piano bounces to sample as well. you click it , then after its done you can drag the icon anywhere, for example to a pad, or to the desktop, an audio track etc.

Great tip bouncing the arcade sound to a sample. I been having issues with the arcade sounds I record continually playing when I stop the track. Nice Bolo 👍

I was having that problem and figured out what to do I put a tape stop on it and I also pulled back the sample tab to make real small and my sample don't play after I stop the track but you gotta figure out how to cut the tail off from the waves of the track so zoom or in to get closer

Groovy man... I like the melody you got going, I especially liked the flute, it was a pimp addition. What I enjoyed was you using the NI plug in on the MPC software and how it can all work in tandem, cool mini session. (So my buddies kid is like 10 or 12 and decided to take band, well I was pushing a hard sell for guitar but got kid vetoed on that and he picked the flute, at first I was dam this kid is gonna get the beats in schoo' but after the initial shock wore off, I was like ...okay okay, the flute that's what we're talking about, okay ...well you can still ROCK the flute li'll Jethro')

I have the mpk 249 paired with my live 2 in my main studio room and the only reason I bought it was because I thought the faders would easily sync with the software i gave up on trying to get them to work lol I can get the knobs to work though. My mpk mini 3 syncs up pretty well.

Have u tried MIDI learn I have no experience with this first hand but from what I seen u can use MIDI learn to assign parameters to faders and knobs

If you make a beat and create new sample loops in standalone mode do the samples appear in the MPC Software once you open the beat on your computer? Or do you have to export the stems into your computer manually?

BOLO!! I have the beats software and used my 2000xl and thinking of getting the full version. I was able to control the pads in the software in controller mode.. I guess it would be better to use MPC studio/MPD(Trying to avoid that 699 one 💰

Bolo before I forget 1. Is there a way I can see the time line scrolling when I’m in sample edit mode ? 2. Also can I edit I.e. let’s say I tune -3 down the sample and I go back to sample edit , it reverts back to the original tuning.

I have the mpc key 61 and modx 6+. Go mpc 2 software and use both keyboards. At least for my satisfaction. PLEASE!!!! Its so easy to do and you would kill it

I lost some beats using the software....when I try to load up a track it says missing project files but I have the folders...I try to drag and drop it in but still nothing....also I got komplete but when I scan for vst it doesn't show up but in FL every vst shows up....I need help with both these problems...!!!

For MPC, You have to keep the project data folder and the session file together in the same directory. Don’t make any changes to the title of one without the other. Other than that, idk…

your hardware , won't allow you to play a vst pluggin , that's created on the software , in the stand alone mode .......( been there , did that), so the best thing to do as far as I know is to make a sample out of the vst plugging ( but if you wasn't using a VST PLUGGIN , than disread the comment , lol

@@ProducerSikste The complication isn't good for making beats in 10-20 minutes, but it has a good sound that's closer to analog than most DAWs.

When you save a project in the MPC DAW there will be a save file and a save folder, inside this folder will be all samples from the entire sample packs you used in the project. You can copy this fouder and paste it into the MPC memory and then load the samples from there.

If you use a MPC standalone device, you are using the same software interface, but on a smaller screen. it is the same

I use the Yamaha MONTAGE for my controller, Korg Kronos 2, New Roland Fantom, Key SCAPE, Omnispher 2, Trillion Bass, etc and it works well with my MPC-X, MK3, and My AKAI 61Keys, Output Arcade, Pro Logic, Reason 12

Businesses that make "no credit or background checks" part of their sales pitch should be avoided. Not illegal, but irresponsible. It encourages people who cannot afford purchases to get themselves into more financial trouble.
