I loved having prunes and dried apricots in mine! Healthy snacks after labor and helps with the first poop 😂 I had no issues!

i am also having a birth center birth but they provide a lot of things for postpartum and for baby!!! the only thing i need to bring will be the outfits, snacks & baby blankets! so happy for you!

Thank you!! I definitely overpacked for my first birth but it was a birth center and I couldn’t find a whole lot of videos on birth bags not for hospital. I am 34 weeks and trying to just get mine started and I can get an idea of what I need to get still.

I plan to go to a birth center (but it’s attached to a hospital) ~ I assumed you stayed for a day or two afterwards! But maybe not? I go on a tour in a couple weeks. Due April 14. The coconut oil on baby’s bum before their first poo is a great idea!! When are you due? Edit: I also love that you brought candles. Did you get them on Amazon? I’m planning on doing the same thing!! Or my galaxy light.. I love good ambient lighting 🤩🤩

How exciting! I actually already had him, February 25🥰 We got discharged 3 hours after the birth! The coconut oil is amazing! This time my midwives also gave us a syringe of olive oil, which might have worked even better to be honest!!! Yes, I got the candles from Amazon! I’ve had them at both births now & I’d have to say they are a must for ambiance🙌🏼 Congratulations of your upcoming baby🫶🏼 I hope everything goes perfectly🥰

@@MadelineMolt that’s so awesome! Congrats on baby!!!! I gave birth at a hospital last time with an epidural so I’m attempting to do it completely differently this time. No epidural at a birth center. Are you going to be doing a labor and delivery vlog? I really enjoyed your last one!
