Hey !!! Here's the video for my new song Gonna Be Good.
It's a song about restless hope. It's about saying the things we wish were true until we start believing them.
The video is set between reality (represented by the theatrical setting) and imagination (inspired by the Good Faith Forever show).

As someone who has been following Hugo since Pop Culture, I love how each era has evolved as he has grown as a person. I'll miss Good Faith as a whole since it's a perfect, no-skip album for me. I currently feel in an ups and downs in life because last year a situation happened to me that reminded me of "love you back" and this song, although it could be interpreted as a love song, could be interpreted as a song that talks about someone who felt broken and empty but deep down he knows that everything will be better and that incredible days will come, I even feel that it is an inspiring and hopeful song

Same same, LYB got me through a lot in 2022. My ex girlfriend was a mess and my life was far from normality but I found someone new this year and things are looking up. Hugo's music carried me through all of it though, couldn't be more grateful for him.

This song feels to me like it couldn't have released in a better time. I've been stuck in a rut these past 3 years, and I've dealt with anxiety for the first time in my life ever since, but for the first time in a long time, I genuinely feel like it's gonna be good from here on. These lyrics resonate a lot because of that. "Keep running after this, this ought to be good." I've learned a lot about myself because of this hardship, and I'm finally ready to move on and achieve greater heights for myself. I always knew there was something special about your music. just got back from a walk on a warm summer evening. the breeze was like a loving caress on my skin, rustling the leaves and making the shadows dance. this song combined with all of that to instill such a profound warmth and tranquility in my soul. i think it's real easy to feel like you'll never be happy again, that you're too gunked up with trouble to breathe, whether it be heartache, loneliness or despair. but today it seems like all of that just washed away for me, and i realized for a fleeting moment that yeah, it _is_ gonna be good! i just i can't even formulate how wonderful this song is...

Everything in this video reminds me of his stage sets so much, I’m glad it’s been brought to life. I just loved everything here, this song being one of my absolute favorites and fo r it to have its own MV - Madeon you inspiring legend. Madeon, this song was the last that my dog heard before he passed last year. I used to play it nearly every night. Now, it’s really tough to listen to this song. I can’t really even get through it fully. I’m seeing you live tomorrow in Dallas and I can’t wait to finally hear it again and think of so many good memories.
