Movie theatres will survive...no doubt about it. Do you think that cultural fests in India will also move to OTTs? Carols, Holi, Deepavali, Dhusra? 😄 no...it’s human psychology to socialise and to enjoy the entertainments. 99% of the people go out for a movie is to make a trip with family including small shoppings and dining, not just to watch a movie. I don’t think youths and students will stay home to watch newly released movies in the dry boring OTT. How are they going to cut their classes 😃 Forget about the interests of entertainment industries to keep up the entertainment hubs. Agree with your points on paper printing, cable TV and Data communication 👍 But...Aviation industry, Convention Centers, Movie theatres, edu insts, automobile showrooms etc will survive and will be back even strongly.
