Video is so useless as no explanation is made. All we see is wire nor knowing which one was disconnected to be attached to the terminal.

Guyz problem was the black and red wire which is linked to negative battery terminal was bad and he rewired it back onto the negative terminal under top bolt and washer which held it in place and he replaced the end connecter with solder. That red and black wire is the ground for the ECU if wires bad it cause issue as seen in picture

I have the same problem. should I check the blue cable near the battery? I had also tried to reflow the soldering inside the control panel.
