This is AMAZING!!! Thank you sooo much! I tried double staffs last week and I have no idea what it looked like but I know that it is going to be my next big addiction after contact staff :D I also tried S-staff and I think some of the symmetry moves are similar? This video is SO inspiring! Mucho te Gracias!

+JunkyPonY 36 inches each, you can use 3/4 inch diameter wooden dowels, pretty light

would not suggest learning finger twirling, not very efficient. pretty sure 9 or all of these moves are achievable without passing through the fingers.
