마에스트로 정명훈 그의 극히 절제된 지휘는 그럼에도 불구하고 폭풍우와 사자의 포효 무서운 카리스마가, 따스한 행복감으로 전환되는 마법을 가지고 악단을 휘어잡고 이끌어간다 왜 바스티유가 그를 음악감독으로 추대했는지 알 수 있겠다 존경합니다 마에스트로 ❤❤

Maestro Chung's baton works magic. The objective of the conduction is to create a mood. The atmosphere is the result. The pulse of the composition is felt throughout the performance. The sound is rich and sonorous while maintaining a sense of inner wholeness. Watching Maestro Chung conduct is a pleasure in and of itself.

Adagietto @47:30 ❤❤❤ comparativement à Bernstein ou d’autres chefs d’orchestre dans la direction de cette symphonie, Maestro Chung conserve toujours de la noblesse et minimalise son geste pour le maximum d’efficacité. Rien de théâtrale, d’artificiel ou de superflue dans ses indications musicales.

마에스트로 정명훈의 영상은 늘 귀하고 보배롭습니다 그의 지휘는 불필요한 동작을 극히 절제하고 손가락과 표정하나만으로 지휘가 가능하다 하리만큼 표정에서 악상표현이 되고있는것 같습니다 카리스마 넘치는 표정만으로도 폭풍우와 같은 때로는 사자의 포효에서 사랑과 따스한 정감으로 변화 무쌍한 감흥으로 전환되는 악상의 변환되는 것을 보면 바스티유가 왜 정명훈을 그 감독으로 모셨는지 알 수 있을것 같습니다 ❤❤❤존경합니다 마에스트로 정 !

Maestro Chung instills maximum confidence in the ability of his cohorts to execute the most intricate aspects of this wonderful score. And they respond accordingly. What a performance!

Supremely beautiful and moving performance in spite of the horn intruder. The exquisite horn, the sublime Adagietto! We owe much to Mahler. Thank you Maestro Chung and Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France for yet another outstanding Mahler.

Kim Cul Deok we thank you for another gift makes our search for greatness nearer. A great video in all the ways we want it. For those that do not have great speakers, i say listen to this on fine speakers. Sit back and enjoy Mahler. Myung-Whun Chung will show us the way.

this is not the video I saw him with the London Symphony in Tokyo (TOSHIBA anniversary concert). That was a revelation! M-W Chung is best by far !!

Showing french style of Mahler 5, this is good too. I hope Mastro Jung to play more with German orchestras together with Vienna. Jung has more expressions in continental emotion. His pastriotism has made Seoul Orchestra as of today. Great progress indeed!!!

I HATE THIS SYMPHONY Nº 5 BY MAHLER, AND THE FUCKING TRUMPET LIKE THE ARMY WAKING UP THE TROOPS AT DAWN. SOME MAHLER IS FASCINATING AND SOME IS PURE NOISE. THIS IS AMONG THE NOISE.

THE MUSIC IS WRITTEN FOR THE AUDIENCE, AND I AM ONE PART OF THAT AUDIENCE AS VIABLE AS ANY OTHER PART NO ONE ASKED FOR YOU TO AGREE WITH ME, YOU TOOK THIS UP AS A DEFENSE. How are you educating? By ranting? I would like to know about what you've got to say to support your criticism. I've heard about what you are referring too (or seem to be) and I'd be happy to read some explanation. I am actually having a hard time trying to "get" this symphony after many years without listening to it.

모든 곡을 암보로 지휘하는 정마에스트로 표정과 동작에서 나오는 카리스마로 악단과 청중을 이끌어가는 정마에스트로 이 연주 역시 음악사에 길이 보존되어야 할 명 연주입니다 영상 감사합니다 절제된 표정과 동작 그러기에 그 카리스마 역시 더욱 강력한것 같습니다 브라보 마에스트로 !!!
