He was also known for his role as the conductor of the New York Philharmonic and for his educational efforts to promote music appreciation.
Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein: Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein, also known as Felicia Bernstein, was an actress and the wife of Leonard Bernstein. While she was not as famous as her husband in the world of music, she played a supportive role in his career and was known for her involvement in various social and philanthropic activities. She was also known for her advocacy for civil rights and social justice causes.
Together, Leonard Bernstein and Felicia Montealegre Cohn Bernstein were known for their cultural contributions and their presence in the artistic and social circles of their time.
