Agreed but I gotta say I just want em to go all in on the DC comics figures. They go pretty great with the marvel legends figures. Give me a classic JL then some villain counter parts and I'll be a happy lil shopper with a much lighter wallet haha

Honestly I think once X-men 97 releases they will re-release Cyclops and Wolverine. I could definitely see Wolverine being released by the time the Wolverine game comes out.

Thank you for the update! I’m really looking forward to seeing how they handle T-1000. I’m excited about the reissue Wolverine as well. I thought about purchasing him in the secondhand market but I felt I needed to hold out. Especially knowing that by the end of 2024, Deadpool and Wolverine will be even more popular with DP 3 coming this summer. Everyone will be making Wolverine and Deadpool figures by then. It’s a bummer about that Cyclops though. Once again, thanks for the update!

@@KaijuDaddyJapan It should have some weight to it (T-800 Endoskeleton), as the Medicom Mafex website mentions die-cast in its feet, much like their JL Cyborg figures. Most expensive army build in 1/12 scale.

Japanese laws prohibit companies from reissuing products at a higher price point. It’s to protect consumers from price gauging. So, by reissuing older figures at a lower price point, it wouldn’t make financial sense for a company to do that. More recent figures are better. That’s why the Robocop figures were not reissued.

Same price? The Sentinel is more than the Mafex. I really like the Sentinel but I have the deluxe so many I’m a little biased about it. I really love the base it comes with. I think if you’re just looking for a one off figure (you don’t collect the Hush line nor Spider-Man figures), I’d get the Hush Batman. Posing it is fun and it has such a great presence.

I have Cyclops and i just got the X-Factor Cyclops. I have the glossy Spider-Man but I'm eventually gonna go to bbts to get this Spidey, and i have yellow Wolvie but not brown Wolvie this the one i really want.

@KaijuDaddyJapan it's a good figure, basically the X-men Cyclops in X-Factor uniform (the visors look a little better on this one). Tbh if it wasn't on sale at bbts I most likely wouldn't have got it. My only complaint is they should've had a head sculpt that covers his hair like in the comic's.

AmiAmi either hasn’t been told by Medicom that it’s being delayed (most likely reason) or they haven’t updated their website (less likely reason)

Sarah Conner and T-1000 are definite must haves if they continue with the Terminator line, if they did a T2 John Conner they should definitely pack him with a dirt bike since he would be a smaller figure.

Yes they’re out there but legitimate retailers here in Japan seem to have exhausted their supply. When I say it’s sold out, I’m referring to the supply Medicom has and the fact I’ve not seen it anywhere else here.

No. Medicom does its own event towards the end of July every year. They showcase a lot of their upcoming figures and prototypes. They don’t have a presence at ComicCon in USA

A three pack? Mafex has never done a three pack. The last figure I remember of Cavil was the Snyder black suit which has already been released.

I was expecting the Endoskeleton figure in February, but it seems it will be delayed until April. From what I've read, the feet are made of diecast, similar to Cyborg from Justice League. I don't understand why they aren't re-releasing the Cyclops and Wolverine figures; instead, we're getting MCU figures, which doesn't make sense.

One thing that prevents them from rereleasing older figures is the increase in prices the past few years. Japanese law prohibits them from raising the price on a previously released item at an inflated price. So, if they don’t alter the figure somehow, they are forced to sell it at a price lower than the current market prices they’ve set. Hope that helps.

The Sentinel is rereleasing now (for like the 5th time). It’s a great figure. The Mafex, no idea if they’ll rerelease it.
