"Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) donned her tinfoil hat and took to Twitter to claim that President Joe Biden was “planning to assassinate” former President Donald Trump.
Trump emerged from his criminal trial in New York on Tuesday, where he faces 34 counts of falsifying business records. After court adjourned for the day, the ex-president spoke to reporters and again slammed the case against him. He continued his tirade on Truth Social, where he baselessly claimed that the Department of Justice “AUTHORIZED THE FBI TO USE DEADLY (LETHAL) FORCE” during the FBI’s execution of a search warrant at the property in August 2022. The search turned up boxes of government documents Trump took with him upon leaving office. He has been charged with willfully retaining classified documents and has pleaded not guilty."

No, Trump is asking for immunity from being convicted for having documents that he can declassify. Resident Biden actually stole documents and joked about it. He isn't being charged because his own judge declared him too senile to provide reliable testimony. Same reason they let him off for abusing his daughter and assaulting eight women. Oh, and the whole financial extortion thing with Ukraine to get his son free from being prosecuted. The video is on a CFR channel.

A president does have that right. But He can be impeached and thrown out of office and then prosecuted. The fact that impeachment is written into the constitution means in fact that the president is immune from arrest and prosecution. Not guilty at impeachment means immunity from prosecution.

They gave Trump many, many chances to give back the CLASSIFIED TOP SECRET documents he took. Trump refused and hid some documents preventing them from being recovered in what was a very polite raid. If Trump didn't want to raided he shouldn't have taken the documents or given them back when asked. Almost anyone else would have had their door kicked down and their home ransacked.

Every accusation is an admission with those lunatics. Look at what they applaud, and what Trump himself has called for from the podium and what he ordered officers to do. Then compare that with actual FBI rules of engagement: FBI special agents may use deadly force only when the agent has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the agent or another person. If feasible, a verbal warning to submit to the authority of the special agent is given prior to the use of deadly force. I was in another Federal agency (Coast Guard), and the only less than imminent exception was someone absconding with nuclear weapons material.

I watched a DHS raid on my old neighbor... helicopters... black SUVs, tactical teams weapons drawn surrounding the house and breaching from all sides... standard raid... no shots were fired, but the raid is how the raid is.
