@Zombie Luka for me I liked it because it was more of a psychological look into what people consider to be witchcraft. The movie comes off boring in a way but when you watch it again, they are trying to say that she’s the witch but it’s not her fault. The brother looked at his sister inappropriately and then the witch came trapping him on his desire. She’s the witch but only because of the image that her family created of her, they could have been honest but they however just weren’t. I like it because it kinda shows evolution, a lot of new movies have elevated theme around them. Sorry for the paragraph I really like that movie 😅😅 it’s kind of scary for the witch because she lost everything, and there wasn’t anything she could do about it. Her family didn’t help by lying on her, it’s like betrayal.

@@miamay6312 In this movie, sure, she's still young. In the comics Magik is one of the most powerful mutants/sorceress alive. Granted Kurt can teleport through space but Magik can do that plus teleport through time plus to other dimensions plus various other ridiculously OP abilities. If her character returns in the MCU as a more mature mutant she could rival Wanda's and Strange's sorcery while completely outclassing Nightcrawler

Funny thing is, she's really not that tall. 5'8" or so, she just has a really well put together slender build that makes her look taller.

It is a good movie starts off kinda slow and it’s not like the other marvel movies it’s got a darker twist to it. But it’s still good and you see characters that are new and unique. I’d give New Mutana chance.

Her origin could be a show or movie on its own for sure. Just have to establish the Xmen first. Mainly Colossus, Kitty, and Wolverine.

IF Disney was smart about it’s control of the MCU they would create miniseries (Disney +) all running concurrent about each member of each teams back story! Then once completed release movies that tied teams into the overall story arc (side stories) to a final showdown of multiple stories coming to a conclusion. This would allow multiple story arcs and franchises to all run “within” a single MCU universe and help create a seamless story! I personally would prefer if Marvel had stayed as a package, as opposed to being broke up into pieces of a pie for people to pick over!

Other than the Mister Sinister tease that went nowhere, no.
