Nice trail work and looks like a good project. I love that model of the Struck crawlers. Thank you for sharing.

Russ Wentz appreciate you watching and taking interest. I enjoy making the trails/track more that riding the bike. I also like the older machines, bigger and seem to be heavier duty. My winter project is to put a new 22hp engine in it ( 13hp now). Take care

I always loved Struck kits from when I was a little kid and my Grandfather and I would work on his. It always looked like a toy but built for work. His was one of those that had the front loader and the backhoe. I remember that he got it completely rusted and seemingly destroyed and yet it was beefy as heck and very very well built. The frame was incredibly heavy. It has only been this year that I saw people buy these things new. I knew they came from a factory but I really thought that most people sourced parts themselves and built them from those parts. Thanks for sharing these really cool endeavors.

Small bulldozers seem to strike a chord with people. They are pretty specific with what they can and can’t do though. The tracks will tear up a yard in short order. I couldn’t have had a better piece of equipment for what I was doing. I loved going up to the property and blazing trails etc. that was more fun than actually riding my dirtbike on the finished product. they are super simple and anybody can fix and maintain. Thanks for the interest and memories.

@@zmurray9499 Thank you as well. I am rapidly getting inspired to start video-ing all the stuff I do. For instance I am found a Lincoln Lincwelder 225 in a scrap yard and it looked like it was dropped from a helicopter without its manifolds.The rust was incredible in the cylinders. I have gone in depth with making pieces and repairing things that I have never found in any videos on the tube. I just have to start doing it. Thank you.

I’m kind of an introvert guy but love doing the videos. I remember when I was flattered that I had 15 people subscribing. Now it’s 1500 and I could monetize.

I like these small dozers but is this one just way underpowered or not running right?
@zmurray94993 жыл бұрын
It was under powered, only 13 hp. Iast summer I put a 22hp engine in it. Now it operates at slightly higher than idle. Take care

Blade does angle some and leans forward and backward. But a guy on a bobcat type machine be faster and probably not charge much so no machine cost

I have a bucket as well. It’s driven by belts just like a riding lawn tractor. Very easy to work on. It’s like a lawn more with tracks and can go pretty much anywhere.

You'd get way more done if the blade were on the rear and pulled instead of in front on that fake "bulldozer" with no blade "tilt". Any time one end digs in which is obviously all the time its going to continue digging in on every "pass" as the "tractor" follows the blade into the low spot.
