Any time you don't have to us a pick shovel and rake is worth while. 1000 dollar purchase and 600 dollars more invested is a good deal for what that little guy does! Enjoy that little machine making trails!

The sing-song of the Minion while fast-forwarding through various parts of the video really added a nice touch. Got my own Magnatrac MH8500 brand new this spring, and it’s a BEAST, lots of fun with it. Best wishes to you and yours with your Struck machine. Respectfully yours, Alan Edited to change “song-song” to the “sing-song”, ciao for now!

Thank you for the kind words. For some reason there's a lot of haters in the mini dozer community 🙄!!
@AlanKrueth198928 күн бұрын
@@zmurray9499 Dunno why there’d be any haters- thus far, I’ve had nothing but fun with my Magnatrac, in both the work I’ve been doing and the experience, maintenance and the like. I’ve toured the factory in Cedarburg, met a few of the kind folks in the Struck Company, and it’s been a pleasure working with them. They’re a small company, were family-owned until just recently, and were purchased by a local businessman, so I suspect they’re going to remain a relatively small company, focused on customer service and making a quality product. Thanks for welcoming me into the community, I look forward to being a productive member. Respectfully yours, Alan

Self-proclaimed expert here (but not really): I think, if you enjoy the work, then having a smaller machine that makes the work take longer is actually a blessing. Yeah, it could be frustrating from time to time, but the headaches of transporting, repairing, fueling, maintaining, storing, etc of a big machine are must less painful with a small one. You do you! Thanks for the cool video!

Hey dude just a heads up when you start pushing with your blade on it instead of the bucket you can still use your bucket curl and it allow you to dig or it allow you to just slightly spread so just roll that back and forth you used to using it instead of lifting it up and down into the main arms maybe that should help you experience the operator 45 years thank you

Observation: I highly suggest to rent a compact tractor at your local Sunbelt or similar. See my videos. $350/ day or $1k per week? You'd be done in a day and neighbor women will wink. For $25k you can turn your forest into mine. Then plow snow, help neighbors you like, pull down trees, carry the 1500 boulders seen in the baby deer photo...

i just found two 40’s agricat mini dozers which are missing the engines and needs new friction plates made up and a little fabrication but they are otherwise complete and $500 each and i have two matching military aenld engines which would go great on them…. so then i’m looking around and i see a struck mini dozer for sale with a briggs and stratton engine and all these hydraulics setup in running order fairly good condition for $2000. and then i’m looking through youtube and i see someone setup an agricat mini dozer with hydraulics just like the struck dozer and i see hydraulic controls and a hydraulic pump for sale on marketplace so i’m considering buying all three and copying some of the struck designs onto the two agricat dozer’s and then setting them each up a little different. i have a skid steer backhoe attachment that i don’t use at all and it’s going to rot away but is $10,000 brand new probably worth $5,000 right now but i would try to trade it for a smaller one to set one mini dozer up with a mini backhoe and eventually have a collection of mini tractors for my kids to use. i already have a gibson tractor and a really nice bkn engine that i me holding onto in case i can ever find a baird beaver.

Those kids will be in heaven!! One of my great joys to just move dirt around and doze trails. I would exhale a sigh of leaf when I got off onto the gravel Road headed towards the property. All my problems disappear. Divorce now so that world is in my past🤦♂️!!

i had a gibson tractor to clear snow as a kid with a 6.5hp wisconsin engine and when i was fourteen i was working with a bunch of other teenagers on the tree farm and my experience on that tiny tractor gave me the confidence to start operating machinery and then right after high school i became a forklift operator for a few years for a warehouse And i drove a box truck and then i got into underground utilities and was a backhoe operator and then i got into delivering precast concrete and was a truck driver crane operator and now i have some equipment of my own but wherever i’ve gone i’ve met people with good experience who know the construction part very well but who don’t ever move up from being a labor to being an operator or a foreman and that confidence goes all the way back to when i was a child on my mini tractor. i think its a great teaching tool for kids.

Alright... it’s a nice toy for a kid. But it sounds like it’s cheaply built. The harder you work it the more repairs/money you sink into it. So it’s probably best to baby it... I can’t help but think a cheap Ford 8n tractor with a box scraper wouldn’t be a more versatile/capable machine. Besides it’s more cost effective.
@zmurray94993 жыл бұрын
There is no tractor that could do any of the trails, hills, etc that that machine has done. Were do you turn a ford an boat anchor around in the middle of a forest. I have got $1500 into a machine that can turn on a dime, is 4ft wide and will climb or descend pretty steep stuff. I am building a motorcross track on 10 acres of hilly forest, Not plowing a field. Yes it is a toy just like dirt bikes, boats, snowmobiles, trucks, etc, etc. if you don’t enjoy toys then I guess you wouldn’t enjoy a mini dozer. Take care
