Thank you for this video, very informative. I bought some magnesium citrate from Amazon a few months ago, and now I know to avoid 😄. I was wondering how long after taking some quality magnesium does it start helping with getting better sleep?

It helped me sleep the very first night. However the rule of thumb with supplements is 3 month before you know how well it works for you. Mg citrate can be useful for treating constipation, so don’t throw it out.
