6 жыл бұрынDave is about to lead the first mission to Mars when he’s teamed up with a sentient melon, who claims to be the reincarnation of a fashion designer, upstaging his big moment and driving him to the brink of madness.

About the filmmakers: David Nicolas and Laurent Nicolas are known for creating and directing cult animated series “Lascars” and “Life According to François-Remy Jeansac” and “F is For Family”. Their work has been awarded at Imagina, Annecy and D&AD. In 2014 the Nicolas brothers team up with visual artist and director Kevos Van Der Meiren and create the collective Meat Department. Black Holes is their latest collaboration.

Absolutely one of the best videos I've seen in my entire youtube viewing. This imaginative blend of obtuse and fresh takes on established masterpieces had me anticipating the next scene, wondering what would come after the previous interpretation of the issues confronting the astronaut. Fantastic job!

I was amazed to find that “Placenta” magazine 5:20 is an actual publication. It is a journal published by the International Federation of Placenta Associations. Yikes!! Truth truly is stranger than fiction!

Weird, funny and entertaining parody. Amazingly well animated, full of subtle detail and craftily paced production. More proof that a solid well developed story is the key. 😊 P.s. Saw this in 2017 and now in 2020. 👍

Very intresting movie. Laughed quite a bit. The 2001 a space oddessy reference is simply brilliant and recreated beautifully. It's done tastefully and beautifully shoot. To all who made this possible - thank you. Job very well done. I raise a toast to all of you.

Did they make sure to lop its head off using a grave digger's shovel? Did they burn the body in Holy Fire? Did they Consecrate the ashes using Holy Water? Was the Stake Made using White Pine? There was a nice SciFi - fantasy story that flipped that quote in reverse. It was a book telling the tail of a new technology that became #1 seller, and put Apple, Samsung, LG, IBM, and all the rest out of business... until clever hackers tried to reverse engineer the tech, only to discover hidden deep in one of the chips was actual Magic. The tech company was a fraud - they were actual wizards repackaging their ancient spells into devices they could sell, and pass off as advanced technology... :-) "Any sufficiently advanced form of magic is indistinguishable from technology."
