Can’t go wrong with a Magnus. Made for killin’ 👍🏻

I witness account these heads are devastating on wild hogs. Not just little pigs but 250#+ boar HOGS. I’ve seen several shot thru the shoulder bone and also the shield. From a 70# bow on a 495 grain total arrow weight. These head’s cut such a large path there has been many complete pass thru on large hogs hit right behind the front leg. Even hitting the shield the head will nearly always go sticking out the far side. One of the best bargains in broadheads. MADE IN AMERICA!

That’s awesome! Can’t go wrong with any Magnus head in my opinion and experience. Nothing wrong with the 100 grain models, I actually bumped up to the 150 grain models for this year. Made in America and guaranteed lifetime replacement warranty! Thanks for watching 🏹🎯

I flew those last bow season. The first 3 shot perfectly. My second 3 I had difficulty getting them to fly straight. Had to do some nock turning and slight rest tuning. Double lunged a doe at 5 yards and the arrow buried in the ground behind her. I watched her go 40 yards and tip over. To my surprise there was no blood trail.
@keystonestatebowmen3128 Жыл бұрын
Yeah I’ve found that blood trails are a hit or miss with any head. I’ve had some bleed buckets and others not much at all. At the end of the day the head got the job done and the animal expired quickly. Congratulations on your success and thanks for watching!

i have the Black Hornet, 125 grain 4 blade. I really want to try one on an elk but I cannot seem to get drawn :( What is your FOC on that arrow set up?
@keystonestatebowmen3128 Жыл бұрын
I love the Black Hornet, easily one of my favorite broadheads of all time! I have done a similar video to this one using the Black Hornet Ser razor 4 blade and will have one coming out shortly using the 2 blade black Hornet. Man I know your pain as I’m in Pennsylvania and have put in for one for the last 15 years with zero success. For this setup that’s in the video I’m right around 17.2% foc.

@@keystonestatebowmen3128 sounds like a killer set up. I shoot Victory VAP TKO, 300 spine, 75 grain insert w/ 125 points/broadheads. 29" arrow @ 485 grains also hitting 17-18% FOC.. SR350 @ 28" DL/70 lbs on comfort. Best combo i have ever had.. love it!

@@andysmith8295 I really like that SS34. Definitely the smoothest bow I’ve owned in quite awhile even when it’s on performance mode! That’s an awesome setup you’ve got there as well! Playing around with a new setup currently I’m gonna be using out of my Elite Omnia.

What target are you using?
@keystonestatebowmen312810 ай бұрын
It’s the Rinehart Rhino Block XL. Really liking it as it’s held up quite nicely. The insert is replaceable so even after you put a lot of shots on it you can easily replace the insert. I currently need to do that myself lol. Thanks for watching 🏹🎯
