@@juliestannard5538 I couldn’t agree more🙏🏾 can you just imagine the type of person that would do such a thing?? I can’t believe what people have come to nowadays… The department that took Molly has done this numerous times before, when they seize a bird from people who’ve taken them in, raised them, cared for them, loved them etc etc if the bird can’t be returned back to the wild they euthanise them🤬🤬 instead of giving them back to the families!! they’d rather Ki☠️ll them🤬🤬 than give them back, this was the actual case not long ago with 2 very rare native birds I remember one was a pure white raven (have you ever seen a white raven?? I know I haven’t) the other was some kind of rare native parrot I believe… I also would bet my life on it that if the people hadn’t of made such a public fuss about Molly this to would’ve been his fate😔😔 and because of this act the government has told this department the “law needs to change” making it easier for people who’ve rescued these native animals to obtain licenses to keep and care for them… This article angered me and when I tried to spread this information on utube to make the public aware I was censored😔😔

Same here. I live in Australia and the only bird I know of that can mimic other sounds is the lyrebird. I've only heard magpies warbling, which is a lovely sound.

all corvids are intelligent. some of the most intelligent creatures on the planet. i feed the crows in my yard daily for the last 10 years. same pair and their offspring.

yes. they usually only make it to 8 years or so in the wild. they can live over 30 years with a little extra food. they can never find enough food. @@alexhouser5279
