Spoiler Doubt ! In the first half, it's evident that Vijay's daughter has gone to camp for a week. Simultaneously, the screenplay portrays Vijay receiving messages from the camp but not responding to them. Later, in the second half, we learn that he only went to the police station after his daughter returned from the camp. So, considering he was at home during that week, it raises questions as to why he didn't send any pictures of Lakshmi or update his daughter during that time. This inconsistency in his actions during that week is worth noting and prompts speculation about what he might have been occupied with. Did you notice this too , did you get what I was trying to say.. Kindly educate me If I have missed anything in the screenplay.

Maybe he sent the videos offscreen, the girl just said why didn't you called me yesterday and then she will ask for a photo of lakshmi. Maybe he forgot or has bad memory

VJS would have definitely sent photos of Lakshmi to his daughter. Also he would have washed Lakshmi on Fridays as said by his daughter in her video. I was constantly thinking why he's not video calling her. May be that's where the answer lies and he sees her videos to console himself or to ignite himself for revenge.

Nice question. My take : He would have sent the photos but those are the videos that he wants to revisit since his daughter was normal at that time and also it serves as an evidence to police (just in case) that Lakshmi is lost.
