Even I believe that depressed people are the scariest... Because you'll never know what's happening with them... Most of the time introverts are depressed coz they don't know how to express, or how to mingle with society to relieve their stress... You only pity when they kill themselves...but a depressed can be hardly helped....it's tough...in a very sophisticated world privacy of a person matters...we do not interfere in other people's matter....we do not read someone's diary...but the reality lies there...their deadly thoughts...it is hard...the answer lies within ourselves...when we calm our demons ourselves...may God help us all...🙏

we should be happy that people are coming forward to discuss their mental illnesses in open and trying to bring awareness in people just as it is done for any physical illness. Deepika padukone and Shaheen Bhatt should be appreciated for talking about their depression in open. The Bhatt family should also be appreciated for being understanding and supportive to their daughter at the time of her need.

I'm sorry i don't agree with that my grandfather had depression because of family tensions besides he was a very spiritual person and his last words were gods names and he was doing everything he was suppose to do he was a very sophisticated person, very up on his toes everyday.. I don't think spirituality has anything to do with mental health. Does spirituality give you hope during dark times ? Yes, definitely but you can't pin point and say a person isn't 'spiritual enough' for going through mental health issues honey. It's not that easy. I respect your opinion.

Moreover, we may think all our life we are spiritual enough and we might be wrong. We might need to explore the areas we haven't explored. We might need to think a bit differently. Spirituality doesn't just means taking God's name all the time. It means a lot more than that. Your grandfather was depressed due to family tensions. He atleast knew why he was depressed. If there is a reason already then I don't think we can blame his brain alone for that. You must be knowing more though. When people are very spiritual, they just don't care about worldly tensions as they take that as an opportunity to gain in hereafter. Not judging him or any depressed person here. Not stating either that depressed people aren't trying to be spiritual. All I mean is that this might be a hint for them to do certain things more. Nevertheless, I am not stating any facts. These are just my opinion which can be right or can be wrong.

Depression is nothing! It’s just a modern problem. Mankind was too busy in the past procuring livelihood. Now that we have ample time in our hands, we start thinking all kinds of things and become depressed. But then it’s also a fact that we don’t know what to keep ourselves busy with. We don’t know what work to do etc. one just has to meditate, quieten the mind and do what comes naturally. Modern world has fucked up everything and now we don’t know what to do in life...especially for women. We have to stop listening to what the world says we should do and do what nature intends one to do. You cannot “think” what to do because mind is full of brainwashed ideas. You do what you naturally like doing...no matter how stupid you think it is. In nature nobody asks what to do? The fish just swims, the bird just flies. Ou ancestors didn’t ask these questions. They lived in nature and nature assigns roles to everyone. Male role is different and female role is different. But modern world has brainwashed us into thinking that men and women are same. Modern world is artificial. And yes also pursue spirituality
