Yes Yes Yes the bj-v1 with that motor and ESC will be kick ass!!! it will be very interesting to see some comparison videos with the vortex duel motor hydro. WOW all this is very exciting to watch. I like the grey hull, some decals will spruce it up. Keep the vids coming Big B, BGFL 👍👍👍

Definitely one of my favorite boats. I think the rounded hull at the bottom gives more stability over the v2. I really wish that boat manufacturers would pay attention to what we really want and not just bring an old boat out in a different color and give it a different name or worse v2. One exception is the black jack 24 v2. A good boat but not a great boat. I wish you and your family a safe 4th and show that young man how to launch some fireworks. Bg4l

Happy Independence Day Big B! You should patch up the damaged hull enough to use as a plug for a mold. You can make fiberglass or carbon fiber hulls.

I like the red too. I bought 4 boats for $80 because the seller had a project boat that was a blackjack in disguise. My new blackjack was just about a bare hull with a terrible color plus the stuffing tub is cut so the seller could bend it into place. All of that boat needs to be changed to match my original blackjack.

I'm damn glad I picked up a hull as well when I picked up my new hatch I figured I might as well get both that way I had them just in case something happened to the blackjack or decided I wanted to build it

This is what I have to say. The packing on your boat was very bad. That company should be shamed for sending a very bad package with hardly any protection. I would blame the company & hope they get it together. Other than that I enjoy your videos & all your testing. Boat on .

It’s a great hull until you crash and destroy the canopy. The new model having four canopy screws is the single best upgrade with the new model

Big B I left my brand new battery in my boat over night it discharged. Put it on the charger and it's not recognizing it. Anything I can do about it?

Try charging with nimh w/o balance leads. Only charge on nimh to 3.6 or 3.7v per cell, that will allow the lipo charge rate to recognize the lipo voltage

Probably won't recover the lost cells, once they go below 2v there toast. Be careful don't force it. If it doesn't wanna take a charge, throw it away. Not worth burning down you home or shed

@@IRONCLADRC It fixed the batteries. I charged them for 2 minutes in nimh w/o balance leads mode then charged them in regular mode and the all charged up. you saved my ass. Thanks so much Big B
