Thanks for the tutorial. When you send out an initial marketing email, is it possible to personalize each email in the subject line and email body with the customer name? And if I know the name of their organization, can that be entered in the email body? Can you also add attachments? At the moment, I can achieve all this using Excel and Outlook (linked to my gmail account), and VBA for automation. However, I have 550 contacts, and when I did my email campaign last week, many emails came back as undelivered, because apparently my emails resembled spam. Also, my account got suspended for 24 hours! I'm wondering if I can achieve the same thing on Mailchimp, but without having these problems. Thanks for your help.

Once you build this, whom do you send it to? If you don't have any contacts to send this to, who will see it? Once you build a contact capture page, you're not allowed to send it as unsolicited email.

Again, make it clear that by registering, attendees are opting into your email communications. ✅ Customer Accounts: When customers create an account on your website, ask them if they would like to opt into your mailing list. Ensure this is an opt-in feature (not pre-checked). ✅ Point of Sale: If you have a physical store or interact with customers directly, you can ask them to join your mailing list during their purchase process or visit.

This tutorial was done without the business owner having a website. What changes if you do have a website, let’s say one built on Squarespace?
