Richard Forsyth two eggs, 2 cups of Bulgarian buttermilk, scoop of good mayonaise, heat a 12inch cast iron skillet with 3tbsp of corn oil @ 425° for 8 minutes, pour hot oil from skillet into batter, mix well pour into hot skillet and cook until top is golden brown.

I watched it several times and it seems it’s not cut. I think the ends get cut by the sharp edge of the motor housings as the machine pulls the windings through. One of the last motors he puts through gives a good view of both ends. Very slow though. They must work for the government as they have one guy working, slowly, and two watching. 😂🇦🇺

Wow that beats the way I do them ,and back in 1981 I did hundreds of them by hand burning off the varnish then cutting wire out with tin snips while the hit song "Bette Davis Eyes" played

Good bit of kit, but that would never be allowed in the UK. even if the operation takes two hands for the mc to work. There is nothing from stopping another person from placing there hand on the roller guides.

so much easier than the way i do it... hacksaw or bolt cutters and a lever. would take me about 3-4 minutes to do one of those motors

WHY WOULD THEY MACHINE GO INTO THE HOUSING AND EXPAND TAKING WHOLE COPPER COIL WITH IT INSTEAD OF ALL THE BACK AND FORTH . THEN THE COPPER SHOULD DROP IN TO A CONTAINER. BUT AS SOME ONE SAID ASIA CHEAP LABOR

To much money for a machine that is so slow. I have seen people do it with a reciprocating saw and screwdriver in about the same amount of time.

You cant melt a motor, the whole point of this is to separate the copper from the steel, melting the while thing will not leave any copper which is useless
