Andy, we spoke on the phone, without me calling and wasting your time, my one and only home down in RI. MY deed was residential farming and agricultural. You say it's got soil, what are the deed restrictions and depth of a drilled well in that area ?? Septic design, i, know, lots of questions, probably sold. PLEASE answer

Thank you +davidmeisel for reaching out... you are not wasting my time at all. Caribou loam, good rich rusting farm soil is the best for farming in this region.. Linneus loam, lots of other great soil profile dirt too! No deed restriction in this area, no HOA's. Drilled wells are 60, 100. 160 feet deep not 600 or more like some places. You would do a soil test for septic design to handle 90 gallons of water per day per bedroom.
