I think this head is going to really attract Lakota U users and Evo 5 users. Has the best qualities of both heads, plus more.
@chriskerwin39046 жыл бұрын
Really? the Evo and Lakota are by far my favorite heads.

Yo, you are spot on. I switched my lakota head for this and it was an easy change but really noticeable in a good way

Which would you recommend more Lakota 2 or Rebel O

I'm glad somebody finally said it. I love ECD, but dear lord I hated the Mirage. Preordered it and tried weeks of practices and restringings trying to get it dialed and never liked it. Glad the Rebel improves their head line!

Ryder Cochrane Dude you are so right. I started with a Mark 1. Got the Mirage. And although it was cool, but dude its sucked balls. I just switched back to a Mark 1, its a better head in everyway. And i still yet to try out the Mark 2 series so I am very excited for it.

Marco Andrade that’s why I’m brand loyal to stringking heads, I have the mark 1 and my friends (who are new to lax) have the mark 2 v and they are all amazing
@benyang15496 жыл бұрын
Ryder Cochrane brutally honest people :)) never tried the mirage though. Hmu if you don't want your mirage anymore

I used my mirage all season and for a game I swapped with my buddy so he could face off with it, and we'd switch back in between shifts. But after 3 or 4 FOs it got warped already and they called it for being too pinched. It was 80 degrees but still... can't ever use it in a game, might try softball technique but not worth the risk of warping it mid game again..

Hey Chris, I’ve been looking for a really stiff and durable head and I wanted to know if you had any suggestions, I’m a middie and attackmen and I need the stiffness and durability, if you could give me your top three or five that would be awesome, thanks

You can weigh the materials you used to string the head and then subtract it to the total wight of the head strung
@mainelymesh5 жыл бұрын
not after you've trimmed the strings :/

The mirage is probably my favorite head I have ever had, but I can see how the rebel can improve on it.(The mirage is also good for sidewalk stalls, not just golf!)

@andreburnetta63713 жыл бұрын
hey chris, so ive watched this video about 50 times now and can you explain why on the left side of the head you start the top string on the first sidewall hole, but on the right, you start it on the second??
@mainelymesh3 жыл бұрын
First of all, this might be the single most eagle-eyed comment I've ever gotten...took me a solid 10 minutes to confirm haha. Short answer, I messed up hahaha. There are a lot of heads where I debate whether to start on the first or second because the tension on both isn't quite what I would like, so it looks like I got caught in the middle here. Great spot!

The rebel d the hammer 500 or mark 2 d
@ECD6 жыл бұрын
Totally unbiased opinion, Rebel D. No but seriously its stiffer than the other 2 and more pinched.
@thomassalter51735 жыл бұрын
Hammer 500 kinda warps with time, never seen a 2d warp or break and I love mine. Rebel d is good too, but I haven't tried it so I gotta say 2d
@brand1nn9436 жыл бұрын
I really liked the mirage... but I’m getting a new head so should I get the mark 2v or the rebel o? Or maybe something else???
