Fred and Marie in Kakadjo Maine they own the store and the cabins you can rent most of them are the exact same floor plans as your cabin I also have a camp on first roach and know Fred and Marie verry well

Already my 1st question Why not a full depth basement? High water table?

$.. hah probably should have, but this was more than we wanted to spend anyway. Figured it would be best to keep utilities down there and not have the water freeze in winter. Plus it allowed us to not have a pump station with out septic.
