Definitely a new tech. 1. She started late with no regard. 2. Even after calling you back late, she felt it was appropriate to ask to eat and be EVEN later. 3. It’s rude to complain about being ready to go while servicing a paying customer. 4. You didn’t get what you asked for. 5. The lashes do shed, but not that much, that fast.

Hey Girl I’m a certified lash tech and I have years of experience with getting my lashes done myself. I would recommend someone else, because that many lashes should not be falling off within the same day. Also love your videos ❤️

A lash lash tech “slipped up” and did me the same way. It took half the time than a hybrid took on me before. 🤷‍♀️ just speaking from experience.

The lashes look great, but it’s not what you asked for, they should not be falling off so soon, and the customer service was not that great. You should get a new lash tech. I can’t wait to try poly gel, you’ve inspired me lol

I love this maintenance vlog. You’ve inspired me to do some self care on my upcoming days off. I definitely think you need to find a new lash tech. The experience sounded terrible. The results looked good but when you’re doing self care activities the experience is everything.

I like how the volume set looks on you. The most I’ve gotten is a hybrid set and the fans were the first to come off and it was the same day too so I’m not sure how normal that is. And thank you for putting me on to a new nail tech! 🙌🏾 Her work looks right up my alley. Love these maintenance vlogs

I never got my lashes done but they look see through from the front but full from the side. I feel like she rushed because that’s a lot of lashes that fell out (not sure if you wanted them to look that way) but I would not go back if I were you. Talking on the phone while servicing you is unprofessional and stating that she is ready to go is just rude asf.

I just don’t understand the lack of professionalism people have when running their own business. Beginner lash tech or not. Professionalism and kindness can and will always take your business further than your skills. Definitely do not go back!

Your lashes look so pretty!!! They do shed as timing processes but not nearly as much as what you showed in the vlog (especially not the first day). Nonetheless, you look beautiful per usual 😍 Love the nails!

the volume set is fire. I usually get a volume or mega bc they shed by week 1.5-2 you’ll love the fullness. The tech was unprofessional but she did a great job

Yea, no we gotta find you another lash tech because she didn’t value your time at all. Same, if I have an early morning appointment I can never go to sleep early or stay sleep during the night because I don’t want to be late lol. But I’m also a night owl too lol. I wear hard gel nails and on my toes and I love it!

Even when I’ve had a good customer service experience lash extensions never last on me! It doesn’t matter how much I pay! They are convenient to have but not when one eye has big gaps after 4 days 😭

I like the lashes more from the side more. Forward, I think I’m use to you having more wispy lashes. I think the lashes are the same length all around but I prefer the opposite (different lengths). They’re still cute. And I just started breaking out from wearing masks 😔 what have you been using for dark marks? I notice your marks has lighten and I’m struggling!

I get lash extensions regularly and you have a lot falling out for the first day. It takes me almost a week before lashes start to fall out. I do like the volume set on you but you should try another lash tech.

It's such a slippery slope when it comes to service, I completely get that bad days happen but with customer service? It really does have to be top tier! The work can be really good but poor customer service will make me nevaaaa book with you again lol

Depends! Most of the time, every 4-6 weeks since I wear a lot of protective styles. If I’m wearing my hair out a lot, then every 3 weeks or so.

The lashes look good but I’m paying for the service and the experience, I wouldn’t go back because if I’m in your chair I want to feel like I’m important. Instead of being on the phone she could of educated you about the maintenance and any other questions you had, created small convo and most importantly gave you what you asked for. I loved your nails , I’m gonna have to use that for my next inspo ! Where did you get your apple watch band from ? That’s the exact style and shade of gold I’ve been searching for.

Exactly, the entire experience was just not good. And especially considering it was my first time EVER getting lash extensions and I made it clear to her that I was nervous! Good point! It was my first very time going to her but also my first time getting lash extensions PERIOD! She was a little too comfortable and unprofessional for me!
