the animal athletes have been a major influence in my life. specially frank. he was the reason i first picked a dumbell when I was barely 98lbs. i said to myself one day i will be that huge. Well it didn't happen lol. But 6 years later my deadlifts went from 60lbs to 435lbs and i squat 300+ pounds. So thank you!

What i have learned about bodybuilding is, yes it is a selfish endeavor, however you are improving yourself and possibly working harder than everybody around you will ever work, i have the utmost respect for these folks, what i do in my job is hard as fuck, what these folks do every day 24/7 makes what i do look easy. BIG RESPECT TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep chasing your dreams, they wont come to you sitting on your couch wishing it to happen.

He stopped training seriously for quite a time. He's not planning to compete at the moment. And he won USA before so it's an acknowledgement. He had problem nailing his condition at later competitions as I remember.
