Happy Wednesday!! There aren't any legit jobs on just a phone or tablet. The closest to "legit" you'll find for phone/tablet jobs are survey taking. You'll spend all day taking surveys to only make a few bucks.. it's not worth it!

I definitely need a 1099 job that pays well. I can not work traditional hours. I watch two grandbabies all day on the weekdays . So I have to have flexible hours maybe nights but after 6:30 eastern and some weekends. I do however need consistent pay. I desperately need more income. Hi there! Do you have any WFH info for jobs that approve PA? I noticed that a lot of WFH jobs don't accept PA state as applicants but I can't seem to figure out why. Everything will sound so perfect until "Pennsylvania isn't approved" then I find myself doing apps for no reason bc the denial of my state is brought up last. Maybe Liveops will approve but is there any other company you'd recommend?

Based on what I googled, PA is among a handful of states with very strict labor/employment laws. It's easier for companies to exclude applicants from those states than hire them.

Hi Shirley! I haven't seen a company with these specs hiring in New York. I think NY is another "special" state that is prioritizing employee status & salaries over 1099 work. Also, I think their labor laws are why you won't see companies like Working Solutions hiring in NY. But that's just my interpretation. I'll share if I ever see something. :)

Congrats!! You'll want to look at the hours for each lead to make sure the client's hours of operation work for your schedule. If you don't see anything that works, check back daily because they get new leads all the time. You got past the most important part which is the assessment, so you're on their platform now and can choose from their clients. 🥳

Ok!@@MamiTT237 If that's the one that converts to a tablet (folds flat and has a pen) I think that's on their not accepted list. This is from the FAQ section on their site. Technology Overview: In order to work on a Working Solutions program, agents must have their own full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications listed in the sections below. Empty heading Devices not acceptable: Tablet-based/convertible personal computers (i.e. - Microsoft Surface, Surface Book), Chromebooks, Steam Decks and mobile phones (unless needed for two-factor authentication) are not acceptable. Empty heading Operating Systems: Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations Working Solutions staff will assist with the installation and configuration of our client’s software. There are times when we are not able to do this successfully because of your computer’s status and we may require you to uninstall certain software. In some situations, we may require you to reset your computer and reinstall Windows new. Working Solutions cannot assist you with this process.

Delilah I been applying to a lot of your jobs what job is better to do that is work when you want as a virtual assistant to that are legit and good companies. Also what about any data entry jobs that are full time that are good to do and it is fully legit to get into that is a good company.

Hey Laticia! 1099 companies offer the benefit of being "work when you want" because you'll be an independent contractor. I have recommended Working Solutions for years - before I worked with them directly. And that was because of my own experience. Years ago when I first started my channel, one of my first videos was comparing them and other similar companies and my take on each of them. The info is likely not up to date, but you'll at least learn about the other companies. Here's the playlist: kzfaq.info/sun/PLct1OlnLaQqN026tPHWkzgCenLKvXeJaQ&si=fRTEYYzYv4YZ9Mj1 Anyway, to more directly answer your question, virtual assistant jobs are flexible, but your hours actually depend on who you're assisting. And you may not get all the hours you want unless you find multiple clients. If that's the case, you'd be a business owner. Contractor positions, on the other hand, all you to service major clients that have lots of hours, and that's what you get when you're an agent for a company like Working Solutions. If you're still interested in being a virtual assistant, but you don't want to go the business route, an alternative is to look for Administrative or Coordinator roles. You'll be an employee, so you're benefits eligible, and you'll have steady income. The tasks you'd perform are similar to a virtual assistant such as scheduling, data entry, taking meeting notes, etc. If your schedule allows for you to work full time and you have consistent hours weekly that you can work, like 9am-5pm, personally, I'd go this route. @@DelilahBell hey Delilah thank you so much girl it's been so hard up here trying to apply to remote positions . I want something that's is fully remote and is work from home . I received just recently a job offer , but when I dig more into it , it was a scam. So I'm being careful on picking and applying .I just bought my house and moved to Wallingford, CT and now is looking to work remotely. I tried working solutions it sounds very good ,but everytime I go up there all I see is the tax position lately, So I guess I got to wait until they post more. I also been looking at and been interested in. Business that you help to build there business and find clients or assistance to work for them, but I have not found the right one. A lot of scams going around to. So maybe that's something you could look into. Also of course I been applying to prior auth specialist jobs, insurance verification specialist jobs, scheduling jobs, etc etc. I'm glad you told me about the virtual assistance and that it is best to work for companies like working solutions, instead of your own business. Also I love to keep in touch because future wise. I have 3 business. I have been working on since 2019 . And one of them I will start to put into light as soon as I get a position offer and start working for a few months. it won't be started maybe until sometime maybe next year. But this start up business may open up a lot of doors in partnering. So I am keeping you in my mind . I think this startup would be awesome to partner with your business. As well as mind.
