Great video! I freeze the sausage until almost completely frozen. Then I just slice the meat. (There are usually lines printed on the sausage package as a guide for cutting). Remove the outside plastic, and you have perfectly formed patties. Fry up, let cool, assemble into your breakfast sandwiches! Thank you for posting! Great idea. Suggestions, butter those Eng muffins. It will freeze fine. They do sell pre-made frozen sausage patties that price wise are equivalent to making your own out of a bulk tube. Thanks for sharing. BTW - great smile.

I do the same thing. But I use raisin and cinnamon English muffins and put American cheese on it. Love apricot or strawberry jelly or preserves them after heated.

Easiest way to make patties is to cook the entire roll all at once, until it is cooked through (in that same egg oven)... and then slice it into medallions with a sharp knife. At that point, if you want to brown them a little extra, it is easy to do so.... But also, they're fully cooked through and uniformly sized.

I pour the eggs in the little Pyrex bowls which are the exact same size as the muffin and microwave them. Then add the cooked sausage patties and the eggs to the muffin. DONE.

I skip breakfast on purpose. I've been intermittent fasting for 8 years now and I absolutely love it. Keeps my mind sharp and my waist in check. It was tough in the beginning since I love to cook and eat but I could never go back and wouldn't change a thing. Love your videos by the way!!!!

The bread gets toasted when you re-heat it. It doesn’t turn out well when it’s toasted then put in the freezer

I was horrible about eating. Until I became a Mom. My kids are 12 and 13. Yes, I always have snacks still in my purse and something sweet. It's a mom thing.
