Pop's is a wise man. I smoked 12 ribs, 3 turkeys and 6 pork butts in the cold and rain one Thanksgiving. It took me 10 days to set up pop up tents, smoke and strike it down by myself. My body was aching. When my mom delivered the food to the fam she told me that everyone ignored her and didn't help her carry it in. It broke my heart that they did that to us. I had to tend coal and wood from the afternoon til the next morning. I stopped cooking for the family ever since. Whoever smokes for you enjoy it, show appreciation for the cook. One day you'll wish you had it again from that person, those days will be long gone.

I scrolled through hundreds of comments trying to find someone who actually made the recepie. Couldn't find anyone, so I had to try it myself. I had to adjust the recepie and make my own peach nectar since it can't be bought in Sweden. Also had a whole jar of chipotle paste for the same reason. I also added loads of chili powder (love it spicy) and some liquid smoke to the bbq sauce to get some extra bbq feeling. The rub rub was delicious and I'm definitely using it for other things in the future. The bbq sauce was good, to much mustard to be tasty on its own imo. But that can easily be adjusted. The combination of the ribrub and the peach bbq sauce was delicious! My super picky boyfriend that doesn't really like fruit happily ate them. The only negative part is that I have about half a liter of peach bbq sauce left, so in the future I will be doing half or maybe a 3rd of the bbq sauce batch with half the mustard. I definitely recommend people to try this recepie!

Rib texture us all personal preference. For me personally, I prefer my ribs to have a little bite where they're still tender but not falling off the bone. Almost like a pork chop bite. There's nothing wrong with fall off the bone, because I'll still eat it, but that's just personal preference.

Cooked ribs using this recipe to the dot and omg! Received many compliments from the sauce. It was tangy and sweet and just very homemade, which is better than using the bbq bottles to pour it over the ribs. The sauce takes a while to cook and also getting some of the Ingredients for it was a hassle, since for most recipes not all of us have everything on hand. Overall will recommend it, takes time and $, but your guests and family will be impressed. P.s cooked recipe for #Superbowl2021

3:33 An indian chef showed me that method of dicing an onion. The most efficient and best end result I've seen. I slapped my forehead thinking about the time and money I spent on culinary school for insecure chef instructors to teach me the most inefficient and wasteful method to dice an onion.

That looks amazing, but if you don't have the time / materials or a fancy oven~ The age old foil method work's a treat: Any large to medium sized animal ribs, any rub or marinade you like. Wrap in foil to make sealed packets (not to big, make several packets if you have too) then 40 minutes on a very high heat and 1 hour on very low heat. Works great on hot coals / open fire / camp oven / portable gas grill / BBQ ( you get the idea).

Perfect! I do a variation of that. I start the ribs wrapped and then unwrap to finish. I’m going to try yours. Thanks for sharing. 😊
