Ayyy yeah it's really helpful if you have the mix of not being able to play "hidden" with the cloak, by that not having the best exits or being overly exposed, the dash can help you out of those situations a lot! This was also before the nerfs so I'm glad this season a lot of my builds are pretty uneffected by the changes :)

My personal loadout is glitch nade, invis nade, stun gun and evasive dash with most weapons.

Yeah exactly, and this is why a lot of the times it now ruins it for ranked lights that actually contribute, because even I'm like "ahhh ffs" when I see a light on my team, and basically prey that they have an understanding what a moneybox is lol

I do see your point however some players can be incredibly cracked with these guns. Overall tho 99.99 percent of the time these players are useless. I do main sword in pubs however in ranked I never play light and almost exclusively play medium or heavy

fr i get so much sh^t choosing light but then i go 12 and 3 and we qual and they shut up😂 its completely understandable tho as i do hate other lights too. yeah it’s typical skill issue octane wraith behavior but now in the finals😂😂😂

Hmmmm... when you play try to think about places of cover you can dash to, try to engage, chip, exit and only really commit to a full elimination of the enemy isn't looking directly at you or shooting you. If you need some more help I'll happily review your VOD :)

Respect for that! I think it just depends on the way most lights currently play right now which is run around and farm eliminations, sometimes it’s better to do that on the cashout site instead of a random area of the map :D

Yeah for sure, I don’t really recommend weapons on this channel because all guns can be strong, LH1 though getting a recoil nerf is great and does outshine a lot of ranged options

Yeah it’s pretty wild haha, I used to main light in CB, since I got one shot by RPG I switched to heavy and honestly it’s way easier, I’ve only really been struggling against dash players, some invis players have been good but yeah, even in my team they just seem to always want to fight and not play objectives

Fair play! Yeah the frag is really useful especially in games like power shift if there's no APS haha

I do think controller players have had a bit of a hard time since the aim assist nerfs a few months ago, it was pretty damn strong admittedly, and I made a video on me trying out controller for the first time, was a fun experience. I guess that software stuff is great for helping people with disabilities, but of course there are some that can use it more than just the positives (recoil control)

Yeah I mean if you use light in this way, it's incredibly broken. ofc you can do well getting elims, which is strong for light, but sometimes these players over-fight.

Hey! Either you played the betas on another Steam account, or you aren't logged in with your EmbarkID. It's easy to fix, just contact their support - google Embark support or something like that and make sure you're on the official page, then submit a ticket, the team is pretty good at handling issues :)

That skin was available to the players supporting the game back in the closed beta, to get the current diamond skin, which is the FCAR this season, you need to get diamond in ranked :)

Yeah I recommended the double barrel in my solo guide I made, especially when it was so strong because you could use that + stun gun to stop cashouts lol

If you don't mind, can I ask what actually changed? Because I hear they didn't change anything like that, and it was originally just a miss-communication because the FOV got reset - and people thought movement changed, when it didn't. I haven't noticed much change from that since CB, would be interesting to hear your opinion :)

it's actually exactly the same. a few animation tweaks and an FOV reset can change people's perception, which is what happened at release! the only thing they DID change is that vaulting doesn't fling you over as far because a few of us thought it was too slippy in OB

Hey, can you explain to me in specifics what you mean by QOL going down? I mean I’m honestly enjoying the game. I agree there should be a solo queue lobby but the player counts don’t support it I don’t think, but I also 100% agree that players are going for eliminations. Every guide I’ve made has been to try to tell players to play cashouts, so it’s a shame people still do it. But I am a small KZfaqr…

@@THiiXY Mainly what I mean by QOL is the UI. Of all things, as the game has progressed, the UI has gotten more and more bugged. Like not being able to tell if an enemy team is capturing the objective or not. That's vital information and I'm not getting it. A bunch of times it's only when the cashout is complete that I've realized that the cashout was stolen last minute and I never realized cuz I got no indication. Other things like the "event announcement" (Low gravity etc) covering the scoreboard when I press tab. And in the latest update, when you're dead, the team scores on the top left and the compass in te top center of the screen, are glitched out like you got hit with a glitch nade. The sound effects are going down as well. I now have a hard time differentiating between enemy and friendly footsteps. While spectating a teammate, they stop shooting and the gun's sound effect keeps on going. The sound effect of a teamwipe comes like 30 seconds after a teamwipe happens. The ones I've mentioned so far are all problems that were not there in the open beta. Why is the game regressing? I don't understand. I would hope someone brings light to these issues because I have a feeling that Embark is not even aware of them. They don't seem like the kind of team that'd ignore such problems. I'm a massive fan of this game and I want it to succeed but it's getting too frustrating considering we're well into the season, and I have yet to find one match that I actually had fun in.

Light is suuuuper strong for sure, it's crazy that it's the player that's the weakness in ranked, rather than the class!

Yeah I'll be honest, I know I spoke about lights extending the range when I'm stunned, but when the swords dash into me and around me it's really hard to stay on them hahaha
