People need to start talking about why things are affecting military recruitment instead of always the positives of it that society isn’t even paying attention to. A negative government is the reason for the lack of interest in joining the military. LEADERS NEED TO TALK ABOUT THAT! It is time for a change in the politicians that govern the states and the country of the United States.

The methods of military recruitment are not being paid attention to by the eligible youth of today. Their parents aren’t even teaching them about the benefits of it. The society of today is more interested in the legalization of marijuana and how to make money from it - a substance that is addictive and will eventually kill a person - or interested in social media which is causing many problems in society. Military veterans don’t even teach their children about the benefits of the military as their mentality is stuck on following the politics in America that are causing a great divide in society and destroying the current military of today. Politicians are ruining everything and the American people are not standing against them and their failures in leadership. The military recruitment methods of the 60s, 70s and 80s need to be brought back. Even the mention of the huge enlistment bonuses that many current military MOS offer are not causing even a ripple of major change to positive recruiting. I speak to children that are in the 4th to 6th grade and tell them about my military career. I can see the amazement and interest they have about hearing it and can tell they’re not getting taught much about the things that strengthen the United States at home. The United States government is failing the progression of society. Nothing positive is going to happen until the people are shown that justice prevails and that must start at the top with many politicians who are responsible for the failures that have divided the American society.
