Loading in an HDRI as an environment texture helps a lot with the realism! I recommend Greg Zaal's hdrihaven.com, if you haven't already checked it out! Lots of them for free :D

HIGHLY recommend using the "linear" bending model in the physical properties tab of the cloth modifier. It gives your nightmare man that classic bend-and-snap they're so famous for.

I recommend animating the wind to rotate left and right to give it the proper wigglewigglewigglewigglewigglewiggleWIGGLE also, add an extra less powerful wind off to the side to act as normal wind.
