1tsp - Fish sauce
1 tsp - chili Bean sauce
2 - star anise
1 stick - Chinese cinnamon
2 - dried shiitake mushrooms
SAUCE
1/2 cup - water
1.5tbsp - soy sauce
1tsp - sesame oil
1tsp cornstarch (mixed in water)
3 cloves - garlic (minced)
1/4 inch slice - ginger (minced)
1tsp - chili Bean sauce
1tsp - bullhead brand BBQ sauce
