2. Fragrance oil
3. Polysorbate 20 0r 80 (I used 80)
4. Scale
5. Containers
6. Notebook for math.
Math:
5% of total (bottle oz) of Polysorbate 80
5% of total (bottle oz) fragrance Oil
90% of Distilled water
1% of Phenonip
