Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite things to eat at home. In this recipe amusing them to make a nutritious and tasty chapatis.
This is an easy recipe you can try on any day of the week and goes very well with curries and stews or even with a cup of masala chai or coffee.
INGREDIENTS
2 Sweet potatoes, washed and steamed until very soft.
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 Granulated sugar
1 tbs Olive oil or any vegetable oil of your choice
1/4 cup water, (only use if necessary)
