So im writing this after breaking up with my Ex (who dumped me) about a year ago. So after the breakup I went ghost for like 4 or 5 months, I didn't contact her in any shape or form. And during that period I got to know another girl which later on became my girlfriend. Not even couple of months after that, guess who's hitting me up on daily basis? My Ex. She was trying to get herself back to my life (trying to see me, call me, etc..) and I was flanking on her in everyway possible plus I was doing good which made her chase me more. She even "jokingly" mentioned us getting back together which ofcourse is never going to happen. Moral of the story, women like chasing men and as hard as it was for me to pull myself away and to fight back my feelings, in the long run I can clearly see how worth it is and it made me value myself even more and I started focusing on my self interest before getting to others.

No contact is obvious especially if you was a decent partner. Let them feel the loss.

Agreed with the breakup - went NC - ex messaged me after 2 weeks after - lost all beta traits turned alpha and now she’s starting to chase me - I keep trying to kill the conversation but she just keeps going 😂 - we met and she literally dragged my face in for a kiss I was like wtf - I see her eyes now compared to then and they are ‘love eyes’ and she didn’t want anything to do with me when we broke up we are not back together but she must ask me not the other way round but it’s certainly going my way 😉
