I've tried several programs, none of them were able to control the fan speed manually! I guess its disabled on a hardware level.

The switch happens automatically! The laptop used inbuilt graphics when you are not gaming. No manual intervention is required.

But device name box par Hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-ec2004AX dikha raha hai but laptop start karneke bad device name me 15-ec2000 dikha raha hai 15-ec2004AX ki jagah ...... Jab mai hp ke official website par jakar drivers download karne ka option choose kiya . Tab laptop ka serial number dalane ke bad 15-ec2000 show ho raha hai mujhe . So is there any difference ? Its the same process for every notebook with dedicated NVidia GPU. You can enable it through NVidia control panel as I've shown in this video.

I have this laptop and it's not coming on, anytime I plug it it'll charge but when I try to turn it on the charging indicator will go off, and the laptop will not charge anymore no matter how many time i plug it

Can be anything from a bad charger, battery, to a faulty charging circuit. I've had this problem on another HP laptop and it was the battery that was worn out. You will need to take it to HP to get the problem diagnosed.

This notebook has an HDMI port and not a display port, you will need to connect an external monitor via HDMI.

DLSS 3 is exclusive to Nvidia’s “Ada Lovelace” RTX 40-series graphics cards, so it won't work on RTX 3000 series, hence you don't see the option for it.

To be honest, your laptop is better off without the HP bloat! I ended up uninstalling all of them, except the essential drivers, but if you'd like to download the pre-loaded apps, you can get them from HP's own website: support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

My laptop is same one but the processor is ryzen5 and while playing the GTA 5 the usage of my processor is only 10% while the usage of graphic card is 60 to 75% wt i have to do to overcome this problem?? And i am using windows 11

This is because the GPU is the bottleneck and is normal. The other day I ran Dota 2 in 4K, the GPU usage was 97% and the CPU was 4%. There is no way to overcome this on a laptop unless you find a way to shove an RTX 3080 in there.
