Fermented bambooshoots is the most used ingredient in Northeast Indian cuisine.In this video u VL know the traditional method to ferment bamboo shoot practiced by the Nagas.the whole process takes 4 to 5 days n the shelf life is atleast 2 years....ope u like the video

I use freshly cut hollow bamboos to ferment Bamboo shoots , stuffed with banana leaves....it tastes n smells good, we do it dat way. But ur process is really good.
