Im literally in tears- (spoilers of this video) I know this is a year old but Still the normal story base and all- but its mostly parts with Kokichi and Shuichi There are first angst as Shuichi really just ignores Kokichi which brings in the whole flood of mood- a- and then its like literally the killing game ended and thats them in the real world which makes this a whole load better i sweat to god- im- and just a lil bit more of angst but a small feeling as you can see in one frame that Kokichi was still checking up on Shuichi, and then it gets better when Shuichi starts looking for Kokichi- and in the end- its just AAAA- MY FRICKING HEART AFTER WITNESSING DEATH THIS IS ALL I NEEDED (ISH) IM SOBBING WHSH

Almost finished chapter 5 and I’m actually crying

Ok, so I know this is a year old but I wanted to give my opinion on what the video meant. So in the beginning you see Kokichi about to die thinking back on his life. You see him thinking about Shuichi and him being friends, which I think indicates to him thinking about Shuichi's last words to him (You are alone, Kokichi. And you always will be). There is also one of the lyrics saying "to expect the worst, leave the best behind" and it shows Shuichi, which I think is also pointing to Kokichi being alone and him thinking he probably shouldn't live, leaving Shuichi (saying he was the best thing in Kokichi's life) behind. It also says "maybe its my loss to end it all in lies". And we all know Kokichi as a re-incarnation of lies, so hes disappointed in himself for dying while being a "bad person". Another one of the lyrics says "the waiting game, its not a real good time to make things change" which is also showing moments he and Shuichi were hanging out. Which, is saying he wished he had been kinder but now he cant change that, being on his death bed and all. There was also and other part where they were drinking tea(?) and looked slightly uncomfortable as if they didn't want to be near each other and they couldn't change that feeling, yet them hanging out regardless, probably hoping it would pass away, and then there are a bunch of parts which I'm guessing is where Kokichi probably wanted to change his actions in his life to have been a better person. There is another part where the lyrics say "its not like ive tried to find a better life" while Kokichi is looking at Kaito, Maki and Shuichi laughing and hanging out with each other and Kokichi probably wishing he was more like them. One line is "after all your still inclined" showing Shuichi wrapping Kokichi's hand after playing a knife game which probably is Kokichi being surprised Shuichi still hangs out with him even after he was being a jerk. After the killing game (this is an AU), Shuichi waking up the hospital bed with friends surrounding him seeing Kokichi leave which is because Kokichi didn't feel as he was deserving as the title friend so he left. Then after that you see Shuichi trying to find Kokichi and wanting to "change". He tries to find him and eventually does and Kokichi is surprised to see him there, even after everything he did. And they talk which I'm guessing was a confession from Shuichi saying he always love him and didn't mean what he said because they end up walking away holding hands. This is a really good animatic and I really like the in-depth angst you used for the characters. Honestly I'm surprised it took me so long to watch it since it was in my recommended (multiple times). This was very well detailed and created and I loved how you focused on not just their relationship but their own struggles too. Sorry it for being so long and using repeating words 😅. (I also like Shuichi Ahoge at the end, nice touch).

I can’t find any other information except that it was published on KZfaq by bric brac records and that the band name also happens to be the name of a popular restaurant in America.
